My Halas Raft is missing

I have noticed that my Halas Raft is missing. I am pretty sure it was there with default PEQ DB - but I am looking over it and can't figure out where it was - was it an npc? What was its name/id/race? Did it moved on a grid?

Some info would be appreciated
