i have a item's problem
 

when i give epic npc the epic 2.0's book with full page,i forget to give epic npc my 1.5 epic weapon.
when i pick up 1.5 weapon and the server is lag,i get 2 items on my mouse(the weapon is the first and book next).
when i put the accept,server delete my book by Error(it's say Error: Server found no item in slot 30 (->3001), Deleting item!

how can i get it back plz?

my char is : imbatank lv 70 warrior
