trying to update map files
 

lol quick question im trying to upgrade from the normal map files to the updated ones with ashengate cshome frostcrypt etc and i can get them in but the server doesnt allow me to zone in to start editing and then the older zones wont allow me to attack mobs so maybe im just missing something i've searched around for an answer for awhile now and was wondering if maybe someone could explain this a lil easier for me currently im downloading the maps from http://eqemumaps.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Maps
but maybe someone can get me on the right track again thanks :)

If you are using an svn program to download the maps then check your maps folder for sub folders. Sometimes the programs don't overwrite the existing files and the new files get put into a sub folder which can cause this type of problem.
