Need help connecting..
 

I followed the instructions provided on the home page and have read through alot of the posts in this section trying to find an ansewer. When I try to log in I either time out or I get the server down message. Was wondering what else I can do to correct this issue. Thanks in advance

Went through and rechecked everything, now am just getting a time out message when trying to log in. Should eqhost be set as 64.120.211.247 or as eqemulator.net:5998 ?

both should work. check out your firewall settings?

Yep even tried turning Firewall fully off and running it as Admin. Still get the time out when trying to log on though.

Problem was figured out. LS password I used to use no longer worked which seemed to be my problem as a new LS works. Thanks for the help

well glad yours is working I am still getting the problem. I was working fine when the EQEMU site was down and I was going directly to the temp ip address. Now neither of those ip address work for me. I can ping the new ip but I still can't login. I even tried your fix of changing my password even though I get a message that says it can't find the server.
