Going to TutorialB when instance expires
 

Can anyone explain why it ports characters in an instance to TutorialB after the instance expires? It isn't set as my tutorial or starting zone for anyone.

It ports you to your bind point. If you started in tutorial and never bound else where, that's where you'll go.
