Ailia's Spell editor

i get this error when i try to use Ailia's Spell_Editor
The Application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135)

not sure if this is the right section

Have .NET Framework 3.0?

thanks secret works like a charm now but one last question any idea how to edit like port to tox to port to like guildlobby or somthing

Change the filename in the second tab to guildlobby.
