Zone Crashes After Giving Bots Gear in 1114
 

I created and spawned a bot. I grouped him. Then I gave him some gear. Just as he put the gear on...the zone crashed. I thought I would post this because there are recent zone crashing issue with bots and I didn't want to leave this symptom out.

Have you tried with the latest version of bots? As of this moment, the latest is r1136.

I am running 1114 because DerisionEQ was kind enough to post some binaries. Are you saying that giving bots gear in 1136 does not crash the zone?

I'm saying try r1136 and re-evaluate your issue.

Looks to me like the v.1114 binaries posted are without bots ... that could be your problem then.

The last binary ver. with bots posted is 1052

It would be great if someone could post the newest bot code binaries as it has been awhile and some of us would love to see the changes.

There are 1114 bot binaries there, if you select Deprecated versions in the drop down box and search.

I deprecated the bots version since I discovered a crash (although not the one mentioned in this thread) after I uploaded it.

I'll try and get around to uploading a new set of Windows executables later on today.
