whyd forever hacking server suddenly become LOCKED?

* but it still lets me log on it.... =p? *

locked can actually mean 2 things
1) the server is locked by it's admin
2) at the time the server screen refreshed that server didn't have any zone servers connected to it.

In the case of 2 you can connect to the world server, but can't enter any zones till they are connected to the world server.
