Can't find my server.
 

Ok I followed all of the instructions in the readme and had no errors while creating my own server. I then run world.exe and Boot5zones.dat. There are no errors there either, but then when I log on eqw, it only shows the original servers. I'm probably doing something wrong with the log in, is there any way you can help me? I'm logging in with my normal eq account, that's probably why. What should I log in with?

log in with your forums username and password

Says invalid station name and the usual message. My forum name is Ben Goodrich, there's a space, and spaces won't go into the log in on eq.

first of all, it shouldn't be wrong station name, check eqhost and next, maybe make a forum account w/o a space?

Made a new forum account. It still won't let me log in with this account name and password. Says invalid station name.

Ok well I finally got my server working, but now how do I make myself server op? I tried running command and then doing cd c:\program files\eqemu but it says too many parameters.

cd\progra~1\eqemu

How'd you get it to work? i'm having the same prob

Umm I think it may be documented somewhere but to save you from reading... *ahem*

cd to the directory you placed world.exe in and type the following command...

world.exe flag <username> 200

For example if your username was RTFM it would be...

world.exe flag RTFM 200

i did read the manual.. its great and all, but i cant figure out where i went wrong. hell i copied and pasted everything from there to it and changed what needed to be *Shrug*

Your mysql server isn't running

opening mysqladmingui.exe and leave it open usually does it.

WinMYSQLAdmin 1.4 is running.
is that what you're talkin about?

you didnt give the user name contained in DB.ini the permission to do it.

Try downloading the Admin (if you can figure it out)
