How to make a guild, in detail plz

how do i make a guild because i would like to make one if you know how plaz tell me how in destail because i am not amazingly smart

You need to go to the forums for the server you are playing on. I'm going to guess you are on PEQ, as I just saw someone asking in /ooc about creating a guild there:
