Where is minilogin.exe

I can't find it? Also I get the error: Bloack not found in login server when I run world.exe is this beaucse I am not running minlilogin first which I cant seem to find. Thanks

Are you using 0.3.6? you need to paste your exact errors you are getting and where, along with what your loginserver.ini and boot5zones.bat files say.
