Problem connecting to login server
I'm running the eqemu.sh script to get the server set up and got everything compiled, sourced the database, etc.
Ran ./start and got things started. Now I can't connect my client to eqemuloginserver. I get this in my log file: [Debug] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] Logging System Init. [Debug] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] Config System Init. [Debug] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] MySQL Database Init. [Debug] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] Server Manager Initialize. [Network] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] ServerManager listening on port 5998 [Debug] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] Client Manager Initialize. [Network] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] ClientManager listening on Titanium stream. [Network] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] ClientManager listening on SoD stream. [Debug] [08.10.10 - 22:13:48] Server Started. [Network] [08.10.10 - 22:13:53] New world server connection from 192.168.1.104:55903 [Network Error] [08.10.10 - 22:13:53] Recieved application packet from server that had an unknown operation code 0x1000. [Network] [08.10.10 - 22:15:27] New Titanium client connection from 192.168.1.108:1239 [Network] [08.10.10 - 22:15:27] Client disconnected from the server, removing client. First question, what is the unknown operation code 0x1000. Second question, why does my client disconnect immediately? |
Update:
OK I figured out the unknown opcode was coming from the fact I was running EQEmuLoginserver instead of minilogin and the variables table still said minilogon. I switched that value back to public and that eliminated the unknown opcode. Now the new problem is that when I connect the client to the server, I get a "New Titainum client connection" entry in the login debug file which is immediately followed by a "Client disconnected from the server" entry. It seems that as soon as I put in the username and password and hit enter in the client, it connects to the login server, immediately disconnects and the client hangs at "logging into server" Anyone had THIS problem? |
