Item editing
 

I had this in a different thread and the topic didn't match so I decided to create a new thread that reflected my question. Here is a quote from a reply that I got.

I downloaded georges item editor and updated the db file to reflect my database info. When I click the eqitems icon the start window pop up. When I attempt to click "Let's Start" the window shuts down and nothing else happens. I'm sure I am missing something but I cannot find anything that gives info on how to associate your database with the program unless it is done through the information that you type into the db file. I'm not really sure if you are supposed to have anything running before you start it (i.e. your server start.bat file). I did start up my server but that didn't change anything. Also for the database editing program I am using Heidisql, is that an equivalent of Navicat?

I figured out my problem. I hadn't run the register.ocx file which was keeping the program from running correctly. Found a thread that mentioned it.
