How do you change variables?
 

I keep seeing everyone setting misc. server settings by changing a variable. What program are you using to do this? Im new to all of this and just got my server on yesterday and im looking to disable luclin models, please help, thanks

I use Navicat to change server settings. I don't know many mysql commands.
