Can you make a group of raid bots like you could in the old bot system ?

No, bot raids were removed. All you can do is spawn multiple bot groups and control them via #bot botgroup commands. You can save/load bot groups, have them follow/guard/attack. Check out #bot botgroup help for all the commands.
