Request date/time stamp
 

I was hoping than a date/time stamp could be implemented so when sending the stderr/stdout to log files, the local time could be seen.

maybe something like:

[10-03-2002 15:01 CST] New TCP connection: 1.2.3.4:3367

Also I noticed when messing with the #motd command it won't accept any string with " or ' in it. The string should be checked for quotes, and back slashes, and then fixed prior to attempting to update the dB.
