problem with npcs roaming
 

i finally got my server up and running and i created a human warrior and when i get to qeynos i have several vendor npcs walking around and several guildmasters walkign around.....they all look like they r using the generic human models too.....no robes or anything on them.....i am also running the newest db and compiled server myself with no errors......using titanium also

it seems to only happen in qeynos....nowhere else
