low health effects
 

I noticed that there are no adverse effects when a charter's health gets too low. Or am i just missing a setting?

He is probably referring to loss of AGI and Run Speed when your char falls below 10% of HP or something. I remember this from older days of LIVE

exactly, so this may be done through a quest then sorry. Ill look into how i can drop the characters agility if the HP falls below 10% . I thought it was like that on live now sorry for the misguided post. but thanks for the reply
