EQEmulator Forums - Unable to log into my server. Not the usual suspects.

I am trying to get a fresh install of titanium connecting to the latest eqemu. When I attempt to log in, I see this in the Login server window:

In the client I get the "account or password is incorrect" notice. This is the same for the 3 accounts i have in the db (Admin, test user, and my usual play account name), and I know the passwords are correct. However, there is no difference in the output from login when I type the password incorrectly. I've dug around the forums and faqs and not finding anything like this. Anyone have any clue whats stopping me here?
