Hey just a heads up to whoever runs this server, I jumped on to try it out... love the multi-bot support!

One SNAFU... "You do not have permission to send tells at this time." Can't talk in /ooc or /auction either. Got some nice messages from Aurora (GM I assume) but couldn't respond to any of em lol. Even tried to group and message that way but don't think the invites made it thru.

Anyhoo, get the comms working and more people might show up and stay ;)

Hello! This is Aurora, I was not aware you were unable to respond. I figured you were simply the quiet type. Like a gruff loner who says little but always finds himself in the thick of things or maybe a monk on a vow of silence? At any rate, unfortunately I am not a GM. Though I hope you will stick with the server!

I really enjoy the multi-bot servers which allow you experience the original content alone without a bunch of arbitrary modifiers. The strategic element of raising a party of six from scratch and tackling dynamic challenges is very thrilling and somewhat reminiscent of Baldur's Gate style games. I'm not sure if this server has an active GM, but I'd still love to see more people come and play! Be sure to say hello if you do! You know... telepathically...

Just for anyone who reads this, having the same problem on any server,
It's a setting in the database, for the server admin, which by default is set
to level 5 before a client can use the /occ, /tells, etc. That means you have
to actually reach level 5 to be able to use /ooc.
The server admin has the option to change that value of 5 to higher or lower.

Love this server.

what are bots? I quit before the mercenaries were in game... now on p1999. Bots are mercenaries? How does one try this out? I just logged into your server (thanks)
