Underfoot and healing
I have a question on healing and the Underfoot client. I am not sure exactly what is going on or if this is normal.
Cleric bot performs an exceptional heal.... Code:
Copperleaf performs an exceptional heal(4879) Doesn't that mean that the bot should had healed me for 4879, or past max ? |
Exceptional heal messages always report the doubled healing amount in white text and the actual healed amount in the normal spell effect text
|
That still does not compute, those numbers are no where close to each other.
|
There are other factors at play... you do not provide nearly enough information to determine what the factor was.
Heres a question, when you noticed this did you immediately run to the forum or did you look at your buffs, try checking with titanium/sof/sod or anything? In circumstances like this involving mechanics that are used everyday on every server(ie crit healing), its useful to ask yourself "am I the first one to find this or perhaps I am being retarded?" |

Once I got home and copied my SOF client over, it is working properly. I even updated to today's SVN and copied over new opcodes but my underfoot client is showing the health way off. It is showing my max health way higher than it should be. I really do not remember this happening before but no worries, I can use the SOF client. It is strange though, my health is always showing at 55 percent or so. I was blaming the bots thinking the bots were not healing but the problem was that the client is not showing my correct health.

If this is your first time messing with an SoD+ client, then maybe you have the rule disable for using SoD HP/Mana/Endurance formula for matching the clients. Starting at SoD, the HP formulas changed, which adds about 1K or so HPs at level 70. Maybe that is part of your issue. |
I guess this is not working for Underfoot because I set he variable to true and it did not make a difference.

I kept messing with it and got it. I am not positive what combination finally did it.
