Per Tic Save Check?
 

Is it possible to have an Over Time spell to check Vs the appropriate Save Per Tic? Sorry if this is an overly newbie question, I have been trying to figure this out for a good bit now.

Any help will be very appreciated,

You can but it will require custom code to support it, take a look at root/charm to see roughly how to implement something like that.
