Screen freezes at character create and then shuts down
 

When it gets to character select screen, it freezes and says server is down, and shuts down...... Help:rolleyes:

it says that it appears that my server may have crashed but there are plenty of peeps playing on the server,

i am also getting a windows error box that says :

The instrustion at 0x77293970 referenced memory at 0x00000004. The memory could not be read

click ok to terminate the program

i get a freeze and same error message but only in certain spots of certain zones. havent figure out what is causing it, i have been avoiding those zones.
