Version error

fixed my last error now i have this when i run world.exe
I am useing windows ME and EQEmu-0.3.6-Win32
I patched everquest to the newest version 1.0.22

Using database 'eq' at localhost
EqEmu 0.3.6 Ladin Schraubt Hnhner Worldserver
Loading zone names & items...done.
LoginServer.ini read.
Loading guild ranks...done.
World server listening on: port 9000
Error: LoginServer::Connect: 'TCPConnection::Connect(): connect() failed. Error:
10061'

newest emu version is 3.9 the login servers won't accept connections from older versions
