House of Thule Client Compatibility

Hi friends.

Had a question about whether or not the House of Thule client will work for EQ Emu. I've been playing around on the lootfest server recently and was told that while SoD was the preferred client, HoT works just as well. I downloaded HoT and tried a few things to set it up for the emu servers, but every time I would get a black screen after selecting a server. (I tried the Underfoot set up instructions as well)

Is it possible at all to get the House of Thule client to work with the Emu servers?

Thanks in advance for any replies!

PS: For what it's worth, I got it from Amazon's digital download service.

The Underfoot client from steam is the only one that works. Amazon's is unsupported. While technically the Underfoot client supports House of Thule zones, it is not a House of Thule client and not any old HoT client will do.

I don't think you can get your money back, and the developers have limited time as it is to get the existing clients working. You can always find the list of supported clients at http://eqemulator.org/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=PlayGuide
