stuck at login server page
 

everything is fine in the beginging, username/pw and i can see all servers. when i pick one server and click play the game, it just stuck there and nothing happen.
what happen and any solution ? please. thank you.

First Question we need to known what Client are you using?


If you downloaded from steam i'm sure i known whats up Opcode changed
and they must have newer opcodes and most servers will not have new
Expansion Changes unless they are a programer That is why i'm rewriting
the server code i have 4 errors to solve I have been going over all the code
and updating it to work with newer client an adding back in the clients they
removed plus solving and fixing the errors.

I have no idea when Developers are going to get around releasing the new
code for the server.

I open the dbg.txt file and check the first line:
Starting EverQuest (Build Apr 17 2006 14:53:02)
so i think it's a Titanium version.
I didn't download any file from steam, I just moved(copy) whole everquest file from old pc to new pc :) ; from xp to win7
Does this cause the problem ? some settings have to be modified ?

By the sounds of it i believe you are an expansion over titanium, gotta think back to the years though. Or if you have titanium even the smallest live patch may corrupt the directory so you cant play the emulator. I would look into buting a 10$ copy of eq titanium on amazon or something along those lines. Just ensures that you can play anytime you want once its installed.

Not that im acusing you of anything, just making you aware. Torrenting is not allowed. Buying the real game is the way to go.

If your lucky you maybe able to catch some good sales on steam or other websites for sheap eq clients that are compatable with the emulator. if you happen to see a sale look for

Secrets of Faydwer
Seeds of Destruction
Underfoot.

Im not positive on House of Thule yet ill get a confirmation on that.

But i do not believe winxp to win 7 is any type of issue though i dont have win 7 i still have vista.

That Expansion is Anniversary It was Removed from server Code
right along with House of Thule if they get the New Expansion working they're
going to need too add HoT back in and fix the old code unless they're going to
rename code and update it. 80)

Sounds like PoR or Anniversary right before SoF if i recall my Eq History
right. I got in Eq Right before the Release of POP as i was watching my
friend play on dial up heheha I have VoA Expansion Now.

I have Win7 works with no problems.
