Few noob questions
 

Got my server up and running and gave my account full access (255). Having a few problems that i cant seem to find the answers for.

1: for some reason i can only get 3 gm titles on my guy and thats Developer, Guide and Lead, i cant get any of the GM ones to show (my name is green tho)

2: I am wanting to set up HoHb throne room as my hub zone, How do i make this the starting area for all new characters and is there a way i can place multiple boxes in the doorway to block off the path to the rest of the zone?

3: Is there a compiled list that shows the ID of all the monsters in the game for easy spawning?

1: I relog when I update access level, think you can zone and it'll pick up tho.
2: Yes, I'll find the thread that explains it if someone else doesnt first. Its not saved in my book marks so I need to find it.
