Breeze / Clarity stacking
 

I noticed that at level 39, if you cast breeze and then cast clarity it will not overwrite. But at level 40 on an enchanter it will. Level 40 seems to be the breaking level where it will start overwriting. I checked the spell editor and nothing I see would cause this behaviour. This is not a spell file issue is it ? My server and client have the exact same file.

This is not a major issue, just something I would like to know.

Just because a buff stacks doesnt mean its effects do.

Ignore the word stack, it was early when I typed that.

Overwrite would be the correct word. From my memory of live Clarity would always replace Breeze
