Cannot connect to eqemulator.com
 

My girlfriend who is living in Taiwan is trying to patch the game to project1999 Kunark. When she launches EQemulator, she gets the following message:

"Could not reach eqemulator.com. Trying again in 30 seconds."

she clicked refresh on the side and it just gives the same thing:

"Loading serverlist ...
Could not reach eqemulator.com. Trying again in 30 seconds."

What is blocking her from connecting to the eqemulator.com?
We are out of ideas of what to do or try, so any advise or help would be wonderful.

Make a short cut of eqgame.exe type in properties Target Patchme as seen below then click apply
click on short cut you just made to login with Loginserver account.
"C:\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme

Friend of the poster....Looks like all they had to do was update the launcher, it was version 1.22 not 1.24...they found the option to update it. All is well.

eqemulator.com is not a valid domain related to the Emulator services you are trying to connect to.

Thanks for the help and advise. We discovered that it was the older version and she didn't update.
