WTF? How did I mess that up?
 

LOL, one of my players pointed out that the time to wait for resting state to kick in was like 50 minutes. I looked at the server variables and I don't see where I might have changed it to make it that way. I am assuming is did something wrong, LOL.

Could it be that the problem is because I need to do a new build? I had used the rev_2068 repack that is portable when I set up the server and ran the sql updates to current source. I dunno if that mismatch is the problem or maybe something else.

I did not see anyone else having had this problem on the boards.
