Damage shields and spell casting
 

Are damage shields supposed to harm casters when they land a spell? I don't recall seeing this behavior on live (just melee).

I ask because I noticed SpellOnTarget applying the damage shield.

There are such things as spell damage shields(newer spells tend to combine both types as well).
