eq patches that work with eqemu 3.11?
 

Sorry for the redundant post earlier, but one last question:

Anyone know if the 10-11 patch works with eqemu 3.11?
How about the 10-25 patch?

I just reinstalled eq the other day and had to go up to the 10-25 patch so i'm assuming that i'm getting the wrong version error because eqemu 3.11 can't handle the 10-25 patch yet, but just checking

The emu works with the 10-25-02 patch, and I'm not aware of a new one since then.

I did notice something odd over on the macroquest forums, they are saying that the time (on the file version) is off on XP machines due to daylight savings... I can't even begin to understand why that would be, and is probably limited to macroquest.

mind if i ask then what could be causing my error 1002: incorrect version?

if i change eqhost.txt to connect to eqemu servers the game loads but if i change it to the lan settings, then i get error 1002

I'm going to look at all the boards to try to solve my problem, but in case i can't find my answer, here's the question: any idea where my problem might be coming from?

Your using MiniLogin you need to download the latest version of it (not what comes with the eqemu release files)

The login server is what checks for the version. So it sounds like you need a different minilogin. Did you get the seperate minilogin file released for 3.11? It is different than the one in the release zip.
