Worldui folder

Greetings,

- I've searched but haven't found anything as of yet on this topic.

I've been playing around for a while with setting up a local server using the current (stickied) walkthrough, however, when it comes to check the serverfolder for folders and files, I can see that the worldui folder is missing.

I've already tried to uninstall everything and installing again, but the worldui folder is still missing.

My questions are thus:

1) Can you manually just create the worldui folder, and if so, which of the .pl files should I paste into here which are not already in the folder and where can I get them ?

2) Because I read in the wiki that the worldui folder is optional ? - and if so if left out, it shouldn't have any bearing on compiling the server successfully ?

Thank you for your patience and help in advance !

none of the folders required for running a server have any bearing on compilation. running the server is a different matter altogether.

as for searching, google was kind enough to provide me with this link as the very first result of a search for the phrase "eqemulator worldui":

http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...a=DevWorldHTTP

mine is empty and has been since forever.

- That was what I've read aswell :-) however, just wasn't able to determine whether or not the folder itself was required or not ... - Hence why I didn't commence further ...

But thank you for the swift reply ! :-)

- Can close this thread then.

Regards,
