shared memory crash
 
Thanks to Bad_Captian for pointing out that I need to read the changelog when.... well, something changes....

So i created the 'shared' folder as a sub-folder of my server folder.

compiled everything RelWithDebInfo | x64 with no errors.

copied the entire contents of the release folder (*.exe, *.pdb, *.

Ran shared_memory.exe from a command prompt (admin) and got this in the logs:

However, compiling DEBUG | x64, it works.

Any suggestions on what I can try to figure out why the release compile doesn't work?

Thanks, this was a problem with DBCore not shared_memory. I will have it corrected tonight. I'm shocked it's never popped up before now.

Except tonight was 6 months ago. You should post what your stack trace looks like as well as any other relevant information, it may not have anything to do with this particular problem or fix.

Well I'm a bit of a nooby when it comes to servers. But I followed KinglyKrab's instructions, I had some files that didn't duplicate but it didn't fix the problem. And my source is the PEQDB from August 2014...Is there a newer one I haven't seen?
