ok this still hasn't worked
 

ok just downloaded 3.11.... and still it says my zones are unavailable ONLY With the server i made.... yes i have boot5zones running (and changed the data to my IP address thingy) .. i have world running and WinMySQ thingy... and minilogin running also hehe ... any reason it doesnt work?

also it still says my server is locked???

It'll continue to show as locked until it fully boots the zones.
Check the screens for boot5zones.bat that it puts up, see what it says, if there are any errors. Check your world.exe window and see if its returning any errors.

Make sure you start them in the proper order:

minilogin, world, boot5zones, and make sure each has no errors before moving to the next.

If you're getting a "This zone is not available" message when trying to enter world, MAKE SURE the zones have successfully connected to the world server. Like tamarae said, you have to boot them in the correct order, and check for any error messages.
