New character didn't start in gloomingdeep
 

Probably a newbie question and I apologize but I had a friend connect to my server today for the first time... Created a character... and the character started in Crescent Reach not the mines of gloomingdeep. Did they do something wrong? Did "I" do something wrong? Can I move them to gloomingdeep and have them go through the tutorials there or do they need to create their character over and try again?
