Access is denied error

Anybody know anything about this? I've tried a number of different things, but none which actually worked. Everytime I tried to install EQ Titanium after I've mounted the iso's it starts to download Disc 1 and then shortly after it says "Access is denied" and it looks like it's a component transferring issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also wanted to add, I've searched the forums and noticed that this is a common problem with Windows 7 users (which I have) but that they are at least able to get the game installed before any of this becomes an issue.

I'm just completely lost as how to fix this.

Install to somewhere outside Program Files, like C:\EQ.

Tried that, still haven't gotten it to properly worked. I've installed it previously on this computer without a hitch, so not sure.

Considering you are mounting ISO's I assume you are probably using an illegal copy/download of Titanium, which we do not support on these forums for Legal reasons. You can check the FAQ in my sig, as it suggests a few ideas, but other than that you probably won't get too much help unless installing directly from the original retail discs.

Disable UAC, its trash anyway.

Google is awesome btw.

Extract the files from the iso into a new folder.

Run the installer from said folder.

If you do, copy and paste that folder elsewhere and try again.

And stop fucking pirating shit man.

Well, thank for the help. I had tried googling, but none of the said suggestions worked. And yes, my apologies - I missplaced my original titanium copy so I had to result to the other measure of getting it installed.

Regardless, I appreciate the help.

Why would you even want to use such an old piece of junk client.
Get a newer one and be happy.
