TutorialB start quest not working
 

i can not do the start quest in tutorialB
non of the NPc's for the above quest will not do anything when i hail them
i tried to redownload all quest files and i copied from quest/plugins to eqemu/plugins

i checked DB and all are set to isquest/1 and qglobal/1

any ideas please as i am realy stuck
