Windows 8 (Game Runs to Fast)

I got the game going at last no more error 1017, however the game runs and super fast speeds, I have a eight-core processor at 4.7 GHz I am using a desktop I have done the restart for 1 processor to run the task manager was set to CPU 0. I am not sure what more I can try, also all drives are up to date video card and all that. If you have any ideas that might help I am all ears.

There was another thread recently about the amd 9590 8-core.

I don't believe it was resolved, but I could have missed it.

The standard multi-core issue fixes didn't seem to help :/

Yeah I have set affinity 1 in target, reset my computer to only start up with one processor, made sure to set cpu 0 in task manager and ran eq with skyrim on ultra high in background and nothing has helped, I have updated every drive the only thing I can thank of is saving up to buy a worse computer and I don't want to spend the money on that lol. I have also went to in game setting played with the PHS and CPU options there.

Fixed the speed issue, game runs better, can not get the doors to open anymore.

I am sorry I turned off my graphics card through device manager, it helped ran uber slow so I adjusted my affintys though task manager and game ran great other than the fact one server I could not open any doors.
