CMake configure error

I am following the guide to create a server and when I click Configure in CMake an error pops up saying, Error in config process, project files may be invalid.

I was told to ask here for help and to post this...

Which version of Visual Studio do you have installed?

Express 2012 for Windows 8. The link on the guide didn't have 2012 for Windows Desktop like it says to use so I had to get it from microsoft website.
