Character disappeared off account
 

Hi,

I currently play on P99 on an account I created this year and I'm very happy. However, I created a new account because I had forgotten my old account's login information. This old account was probably close to 2 years old.

While using an old laptop today, I randomly remembered the old account's info and got in. I had 2 characters, one I didn't play and one I did. The one I did play isn't there, but the other is. When I tried to see if I could create a new character with that name, it said the name was taken. My question is: Is there a time period of inactivity in which a character will be deleted? I didn't think there was, so if I'm correct, are there any steps I can take to somehow check what happened to that character? I know my username and password.

If there isn't anything to be done due to security issues or something, then I completely understand. I leveled my character on my new account past the old one anyway, so it wouldn't be a huge loss.
