Hot Zone adjustments?

How do I check /change Hot zones? wanna try and add this later down the line if at all possible. Please thanks. ( know how to turn on / off the setting just not where to locate what zones are and are not hot zones...)

In the zone table there is a hotzone column that determines whether or not that zone is a hotzone.
