Something really odd
 

Its hard to describe but its basically a blue light/portal thing in certain zones in the game. ive noticed 2 of them so far one outside of blackburrow and another in fieldofbone at loc x1617 y-1684 z-50. its really annoying seeing it there everytime im in the zone. does anybody have any idea what it is? or how to get rid of it lol.

Those are portals from the SoD expansion. I believe you can remove them via the database.

Those portals specifically are attached to the zone mesh IIRC.

Using an older client avoids those from appearing incase your running around playing legit classic or something older...shouldnt zone into the zones if the expansions arnt open for it. You zone into the void i think or PoTime, then The void from there (SoD hub zone)

...or you could just put a big rock or something on it.

LOL a rock.....

What's wrong with placing a rock over it? It's a quick solution and there's other large rocks in the vicinity making it look natural. Also, don't forget to delete or edit the entry in doors to prevent them from zoning into the Void.

they dont zone, ive tried it just sits there looking pretty and blue lol
