Changing global cooldown of abilities
 
On my server, I'd like to change how the global cooldown affects skills. For example, currently, if a Monk uses Flying Kick all of their other abilities (kick, tiger claw, etc) get put on a reuse timer. This essentially limits the Monk to using one ability at a time. I'd like to change this so that the skills recharge independent of one another. In other words, you could use Flying Kick, then Kick, then Tiger Claw and they would recharge on their own timers.

Anyone have advice on how to do this?

I think it might be limited by the client. I know on live currently you can use a kick and tiger claw though.
