I am asking here because I don't know where else to ask.. My friends and I get together at one house and we all want to play, who do I need to ask permission to allow everyone on the server?

If the server is Project 1999, check my signature, if it isn't, try speaking with the owner or staff of the server you're playing on.

Make your own server it will probobly be faster and you can control who joins. So you can make it a "friends only" server that they would be able to play from your house and their house aswell.
