No NPC in zones
 
I can log into the server fine but all zones are clear of NPC?

I dropped my DB and recreated it with:

peqbeta_2014-08-11-02_01.tar

and sourced 2014_08_02_spells_new.sql from Uleat

I tried the titanium client and the underfoot client with the same results so I believe it is a DB issue but there are 0 errors in the server logs.

I did notice in the client log it said something interesting about NPC

I also tried the compiled download of the server that is a few days old with the same results.

Well after an insane amount of time diagnosing this issue I learned that file peqbeta_2014-08-11-02_01.sql has to be updated with 2014_07_10_npc_spells.sql

The current guide only talks about sourcing later revisions from svn so I found it extremely counter intuitive that I would have to source earlier dates from git. Being new to the server process it seems very odd not knowing which of these earlier releases have and have not been added to the current peq database.
