Characters camped & now can never be above world

Weird issue, I camped 3 characters in tutorialb, when I logged them back in, they just appear in blackness. One is GM flagged so I did a #zone - ported to nexus, some thing, #zone back to tutorialb and same thing. Logged other chars off, and #movechar'd them - they have the same issue.

Created a new character and it's fine in tutorialb. So it's not server wide, just somehow something about those characters is corrupted. Not sure what to check?
