having problems with a friend loging on server

hi i have a friend who wants to login to serverr but she cant. i have had around 10 people login to my server and all ran fine ... she is using windoes me, no firewall, and is on dialup. she changed datarate to 10.0 still no luck

her computer is around 350 mhz
any ideas?

yep at char screen .. she cant login to any emu server.. but she can play eq live servers
