Mark of Travel / Secondary Recall
 

This seems to be broken or not fully functional...

Mark of Travel is supposed to set a secondary bind point, which can be warped to via the Secondary Recall spell.

What actually happens is Mark of Travel overwrites the character's PRIMARY bind point, as if using the spell Bind Affinity.

Are secondary bind points functional or is this a known issue?
