IP limit - timeout settings
 

I'm having a bit of an issue with IP limiting on my server. Well, I guess it's not really an issue as much as it works too well.

I currently have the IP limit set to 4. It does indeed limit to 4 clients and that part works very well. The issue I have is that it takes way too long to timeout a client. So if they camp to change characters, they currently have to wait at least 10 minutes (some report 20, but I can't confirm) to switch characters.

I've been picking through the code and haven't yet found a place where that might be set. Has anybody else tried to change this setting and had any luck?

Had the same issue, and sometimes this fixed it, and sometimes it did not. I lowered the Zone:ClientLinkdeadMS to lower than default.
